Recommended Installation Guide
Tools Required: Pencil, Level, Drill, no.2 Square driver, stud finder, soft hammer
Check the wall for any hidden water, gas pipes & electrical cables.
- Decide on Rack spacing, Locate Horizontal wall studs with stud finder and mark centre of stud. (stud centres normally 600mm apart) or alternatively use heavy duty wall plugs for Gib walls, & suitable masonary fasteners for block.
- Place Tracks to Wall ensuring that they are vertical & level. Check that the Track is the same way up. I.e. check slots are in line.
- Screw Track to wall, Recommend drilling a 3mm pilot hole prior to installing screw. For maximum strength install a screw in all holes
